What I do
For the past 16 years, I've worked inside companies as an operator.
Today I run Moonshot Partners as COO, where we help teams build and ship digital products around the world.
Over time I learned something simple.
Most execution problems are not about strategy. They are about clarity.
Teams usually know what they want to build. What they struggle with is turning ideas into systems that actually work.
For a long time, building those systems required engineers, large teams, and months of work.
AI changed that.
Today founders, teams, and even non-technical people can build tools, automate workflows, and launch real products.
I was one of them. Now I help others do the same.
